At this time, we do not service Indian Pass, Cape San Blas and Panama City Beach.

If you’re staying at a beachfront property, let us know the address after booking and we’ll come by your rental to set up!

Please note: Due to the ongoing Mexico Beach Restoration Project and other city regulations, specific locations may be unavailable for drop off/set up, and delivery acceptance may be required. If your location is under construction, we will text to coordinate another spot for you!

After vacationing to the Emerald Coast years ago, we made the decision to pack up our family and move to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle.

Lugging big, awkward chairs and umbrellas to the water (along with everything - and everyone! - else) is a hassle. We’ve been there, done that!

We started Hi Tyde Beach Services so you can have the vacation you and your family has been waiting for all year. One that is relaxing, easy-going, memorable, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order to rent our products, you must be at least 25 years old. A copy of your driver’s license is required.

  • You can book directly through our online portal with a major credit card. After reserving your date(s) there will be a document to click on and agree to. We recommend that you read in its entirety as this protects all parties involved.

  • 9 AM - 5 PM

  • You can reserve your chairs/umbrellas anytime, however if it is a same day rental, we do not pro-rate the cost. Same day rentals are only accepted until 9 a.m.

  • We strongly encourage you to watch the weather for forecasted storms as the weather is unpredictable. We monitor weather conditions closely each day and if we feel that the threat of inclement weather is likely, it will be at our discretion to not offer beach service for that day. We will notify you of that and refund your credit card for that day. If we have not set the chairs out and you let us know not to set up we will be happy to reschedule for another day or offer a refund. However, if we have set everything up and inclement weather comes in there is no refund. We will pick our chairs and umbrellas up for the day. It is our goal to make your beach day great, however for the safety of you and others around you and to avoid damage to the equipment, it is imperative that we remove all items from the beach. We also ask that in the event it is a windy day that you kindly lower the umbrella to the closed position.

  • If you leave early, we ask that you lower the umbrella and text us so that we can arrange for early pick up.

  • You can text or email us. As long as you cancel within 24 hours we will issue a full refund or you can just switch the dates of your rental.

  • We offer a 10% military discount to all active duty and veterans. Please call or text us and we’ll be happy to help!

  • At this time, we only offer our services in the Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach area. We do not service Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Panama City Beach or areas outside of our service area.
